01 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the zidbuzz platform and its users. The zidbuzz website, mobile app, and all related services operate under these terms.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Zidbuzz reserves the right to verify the source of deposits.

For suspicious transactions, zidbuzz may delay processing payments until additional verification is completed.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only.

• Any attempt to use multiple accounts to claim a single promotion will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

• Once an event begins, all related bets are locked.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, zidbuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• During live betting, some bets may be rejected due to network latency.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, zidbuzz's decision is final. All games use third-party certified RNG technology.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zidbuzz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Zidbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed, any verified legitimate funds will be returned after review. Funds will not be returned if the closure is due to prohibited activity.
